Running Modtronix utilities on Linux (and other Unix flavors)

1	Install the latest Java Runtime Environment (JRE) or 
	Java Development Kit (JDK) available from http://www.java.sun.com/

2	Modify the path in the bash scripts Netloader.sh, Netix.sh and Mxdebug.sh
	to refelect your installation

3	If you plan to use Mxdebug, install also
		javax.comm available from http://java.sun.com/products/javacomm/
	and modify the serial port name in conf/mxdebug.xml (e.g. /dev/tty...)
	
4	Run the bash scripts Netloader.sh, Netix.sh or Mxdebug.sh


Running Modtronix utilities on Mac Os/X

1	Run the Netloader.app or Netix.app AppleScripts

2	MxDebug has not yet been tested on Mac Os/X. 
	In order to run it, you probably need
		a USB to serial adapter;
		the driver for the USB adapter;
		to install javax.comm;
		to amend the serial port name in conf/mxdebug.xml
		to launch the Mxdebug.app AppleScript
