Credit Card:
When selecting this payment method, payments are processed via a Secure SSL
link to St.George Bank.
St.George Bank is Australia's fifth largest bank. Only American Express, MasterCard and Visa cards
can be use! For other cards, please use our other credit card payment option!
Payments can only be made in Australian Dollars.
It is still possible for anyone to use this payment method, no matter what country you are from!
It only means that your credit card will be charged in Australian Dollars and not your local currency.
Some banks might charge a small fee (normally 1%) for this service!
- PayPal:
When selecting PayPal, you will be able to make your payment via the PayPal
gateway. If you are not already a PayPal member, you will be asked to sign up before making
your payment - this is very easy though! Paying via PayPal allows you to pay by using
a number of major credit cards!
- Bank Transfer to an Australian Bank: Also know as a Telegraphic or Wire transfer.
When selecting this payment option, you have to instruct your bank to make a payment into
our Australian bank account. You will be given full details of our bank account. Your
products are only shipped once we have received the payment in our account!
- Bank Transfer to an European Bank: Also know as a Telegraphic or Wire transfer.
When selecting this payment option, you have to instruct your bank to make a payment into
our Austrian bank account in Europe. You will be given full details of our bank account.
Bank transfers between European Union countries are very easy and cheap. Your
products are only shipped once we have received the payment in our account!

If the product is in its original condition you may return any item you purchased from us, for
any reason, within 15 days for a full refund. See below for exceptions. If the returned product
is faulty or is returned due to an error on our part, we will pay for the return shipping(standard
Air Mail) cost too! Else, shipping costs are not refundable.
We can not accept returns if:
- The product is not in original condition.
- The product is returned later then 15 days after delivery.
- For a software product, if it has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
Before sending back any items please contact us (see contacts page) for details on the return
address and to request an Item Return Number. All items returned must be accompanied
by and IRN, else they will not be accepted. When requesting to return an item please provide us
with the invoice number you received when purchasing the product as well as a reason for returning
the product.

All our products are shipped with the Australian Post. During
the checkout procedure the approximate weight of your order
will be calculated, and you will be given a couple of choices
of what shipping method you want to choose(See International
and Australian Destinations sections below). The exact
cost of each shipping method will be shown! This means
you will know exactly what you are paying for shipping!

| Padded Letter Post - Air Mail |

If all products selected are Padded Letter Shippable products (will say if it is on the product page), and the total
weight is less then 125 grams, then this shipping option will be available. This has
a flat Australian and International shipping rate of:
- US$3.00 for orders 0-50g (about 7 PIC chips)
- US$5.00 for orders 50-125g (about 25 PIC chips)
Examples of Padded Letter Shippable products are all PIC chips, Crystals, unassembled prototype boards, selected connectors...

For international destinations the following shipping options are available:

Customer Arranges Pick-Up |

The customer can arrange his/her own pick-up. Select this method if you want to
arrange pick-up of the order. For example if you want to arrange the order
to be picked up via a courier like DHL, Fed-Ex or any other. When selecting this method
you will only be chared a small handling fee.

EMS International Courier |

Australian Post EMS International Courier.
EMS International Courier is Australia Post's premium international express service.
The EMS service uses DHL under contract for most destinations. Items can be
tracked via internet.
You will receive a tracking number from us after your order has been shipped. Most
items take between 2-4 days to deliver. Typical costs to international destinations for
a small parcel (a couple of SBC boards for example) are between
US$30.00 and US$40.00.

Most parcels sent via air mail take between 1 and 2 weeks. Price examples on the 9th of February 2004
for shipping 4 x "SBC18C single board computers" and
