Serial LCD Displays can be controlled via a two wire I2C, or 4 wire SPI interface. They are very easy to use, and have many advanced features, like software controlled contrast and brightness, user I/O, relay outputs, Keypad decoder... We offer 2x16 and 4x20 line serial displays, or a Serial Daughter Board. This board can be mounted on the back of a standard character LCD display to enable it to be accessed via a SPI or I2C interface.
